Teams and captains
Name the teams, pick captains, then draft, balance or draw the squads.
- Open the Teams tile (or Draft room) on the Trip Page.
- Name the teams and pick their colours.
- Tap each captain card to choose a captain, or tap Spin the Captain’s Wheel to pick two at random. Captains always stay on their own team.
- Choose how the teams get made: Captain’s Draft, Balanced or Random.
- For Balanced or Random, tap players to swap them between teams, then tap Lock teams. For a draft, tap Open the Draft Room.
Balanced evens out the average handicaps, with an unknown handicap counted as 18. The bar shows “Dead even” when the teams are within a shot of each other. Organisers can unlock the teams later if they need to.
