These terms cover your use of the GolfBreak website and app. By using them you agree to the following.

Play by the course’s rules

GolfBreak suggests games, twists and challenges. You and your group decide whether to play them. Always follow the rules, dress codes and safety instructions of the course or venue, and the law. Skip or veto any card that doesn’t suit your group or your venue.

Stakes between friends

GolfBreak can track points, forfeits, drinks or money that your group agrees between yourselves. It never holds, moves or pools money, and it is not a betting service. You’re responsible for any arrangements you make with each other.

Your content

House cards, secret cards and other content you add stay yours. Don’t add anything unlawful, unsafe, or that humiliates or targets a real person. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Still being built

GolfBreak is still being built. Features may change, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We work hard to get the scoring right, and every number shows its working so you can check it.
